In summary, the packet contains steps for filing the Petition and Summons, Declaration under UCCJEA if minor children are involved, Proof of Service, and serving the Response on the respondent. Financial Disclosures Packet
This packet is titled “Financial Disclosures” and will help petitioners and respondents complete their financial disclosures which are required in California divorce proceedings.
